On the morning of February 11, Lin Qingquan, Party Secretary of Ningde Normal University, and Wei Yuanzhu, Deputy Party Secretary and President, led a delegation to visit Ningde SKQ Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. to conduct a special research activity on university-enterprise cooperation and job expansion. Jiang Chaobing, Deputy Party Secretary of Ningde Normal University, and other university leaders accompanied the delegation. The delegation toured the company’s production workshops and R&D laboratories, gaining detailed insights into the enterprise’s development history, core business operations, talent demand structure, and plans for university-enterprise collaboration.
At the subsequent symposium on university-enterprise collaboration, Secretary Lin Qingquan systematically introduced Ningde Normal University’s distinctive educational features and strengths in talent cultivation. He emphasized that as a local applied undergraduate institution, the university is committed to nurturing talent aligned with societal development needs, serving Ningde’s economic and social progress, and empowering regional industrial growth. Secretary Lin proposed three recommendations for deepening industry-education integration: First, jointly establish a high-quality talent cultivation system integrating industry, academia, research, and application. Second, organize specialized recruitment events to enhance precise matching between university supply and corporate demand, establish a regular talent delivery mechanism, and promote high-quality employment retention for graduates in Ningde. Third, foster university-enterprise collaboration through a “challenge-based” approach where industry leaders tackle key industrial challenges.
Fu Wenhui, General Manager of the company, expressed high expectations for deepening university-enterprise collaboration. He proposed that both parties engage in in-depth cooperation in areas such as jointly applying for research projects, promoting the commercialization of research outcomes, and establishing shared internship and training bases. Fu Wenhui stated that the company will actively expand high-quality employment opportunities, striving to achieve a favorable situation of shared resources, complementary strengths, and coordinated development between the university and the enterprise.
