On June 24, Mr. John Lee Ka-chiu, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, led a delegation from the Hong Kong SAR Government on a fact-finding visit to Ningde SKQ. He was accompanied by Vice Governor Zhao Zenglian and municipal leaders including Liu Dufan.
Fu Wenhui, Chairman and General Manager of SKQ, briefed Chief Executive Li Jiachao and his delegation on the company’s solid and rapid development trajectory. As a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise recognized for its specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and innovation, SKQ has continuously increased its investment in R&D for advanced smart manufacturing technologies. The company has achieved a series of innovative breakthroughs in key areas such as AI-enhanced software control technology, predictive maintenance, and industrial non-destructive testing. It is an industry leader in the field of complete production lines for new energy battery modules and packs, and has long served leading global enterprises.
Chief Executive Li Jiachao inquired in detail on-site about the R&D progress of SKQ’s AI+ smart manufacturing multimodal technology platform. He expressed appreciation for the widespread application of innovative products—such as industrial CT, laser flight welding machines, the “Logic Master” multi-domain fusion control system, and fully affirmed SKQ’s forward-looking strategic positioning in key future industries, such as the “Yiyou Technology Humanoid Robot ‘One Million Joint Modules Mass Production Project.’” He also encouraged Fujian-based enterprises to leverage Hong Kong’s advantages in international finance and technology innovation services to expand their global operations.
Fu Wenhui noted that SKQ had previously accompanied a Hong Kong trade delegation on a visit to the Middle East, where it secured several valuable cooperation opportunities. In the future, the company will further strengthen the overseas investment, financing, and R&D capabilities of its Hong Kong branch, leverage Hong Kong’s geographical advantages, and achieve a leap forward in the company’s global operations.
