Regarding how to carry out the work of Party organization development in non-public private enterprises, Member of the Standing Committee Li Yan delivered a presentation from three aspects:
First, stay true to the original aspiration and founding mission of joining the Party. Every Party member should gain insight into the original aspiration and mission through learning the Party’s century-long history, and continuously strengthen the awareness of “upholding the original aspiration and shouldering the mission”.
Second, strengthen theoretical study for Party members. Internalize theoretical knowledge and translate it into practice, turning the outcomes of theoretical learning into a powerful driving force for promoting high-quality enterprise development.
Third, reinforce Party discipline building. Discipline serves as the “yardstick” for governing the Party, as well as the criteria and guideline for Party members and cadres to regulate their own conduct. It is necessary to educate and guide Party members and cadres to learn, understand, clarify, and abide by discipline.
